△ Meticulously crafted, the iron core is comprised of high magnetic permeability grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. Its heart-type core design, featuring a circular section with multiple steps, ensures equal section distribution across the core column and the entire core, optimizing performance and efficiency.
△ The winding system showcases innovation with its tile oil channel and no dipping paint process. Each winding is carefully tied and rolled with a compression belt, forming concentric coils. For precision, the high-voltage winding incorporates a tap that aligns with tap voltage requisites, seamlessly linked to the tap changer. The switch, conveniently positioned on the box cover, enables voltage adjustments when the power supply is off, enhancing adaptability and safety.
