Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core represents a new frontier in iron core technology. The fully oblique jointed iron core, with its multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity across both the iron yoke and the core itself, significantly enhancing efficiency and optimizing performance.

Winding: Our windings are meticulously designed with corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured by a tightening belt for stability. Featuring a concentric coil design, the high-voltage windings include taps for precise voltage adjustments, facilitated by a tap changer accessible on the box cover, enabling seamless voltage modifications after power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, are equipped with vital safety components like a pressure relief valve, and an optional gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be integrated as per user specifications, significantly bolstering safety and operational integrity.
