The S13-10-2000/10 Oil-Immersed Transformer is expertly crafted for power systems operating at an AC frequency of 50Hz, with a rated working voltage of up to 10kV. This transformer seamlessly serves as a key component for power distribution and lighting loads across small to medium-sized substations, as well as industrial, mining enterprises, and a variety of institutions.
Product Structure Features:
△ At the heart of this transformer lies an iron core made from cold-rolled silicon steel sheets that boast high magnetic permeability with a grain-oriented structure. It features a heart-type design where the core column comprises a circular section with multiple steps, ensuring uniform sections between the iron core and the core itself.
△ The winding is thoughtfully designed with a tile oil channel and uses a no-dip paint process. Secured with compression belts, the windings form concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes a tap tailored to voltage requirements, which is conveniently connected to the tap changer. The switch, located on the box cover, allows for tap voltage adjustment only when the power supply is switched off.
△ For ultimate safety, the transformer is equipped with both a gas relay and a pressure relief valve, providing robust protection against operational anomalies.
△ The transformer is fitted with an oil conservator, with an oil level gauge strategically placed at one end. An additional dehydrating breather with an oil seal is recommended for installation on the oil conservator to enhance performance and longevity.
