Iron Core: Our state-of-the-art iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, heralds a new frontier in innovation. This fully oblique jointed iron core, with its multi-stepped section design, ensures homogeneity throughout the iron yoke and the core itself, greatly enhancing both efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our distinctly engineered windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for increased stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for exact voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing for smooth voltage changes after power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are equipped with crucial safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements, bolstering safety and operational integrity.
