Iron Core: Introducing a new generation of iron cores, constructed from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The innovative full oblique jointed iron core features a multi-stepped section design for uniformity across the iron yoke and core, enhancing efficiency and performance to new heights.

Winding: Our windings are precision-engineered with corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured by a tightening belt for unwavering stability. The concentric coil design, featuring high-voltage windings with taps, allows for precise voltage adjustments via a tap changer located on the box cover, enabling seamless voltage changes post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, are fortified with essential safety features such as a pressure relief valve. For enhanced safety and operational integrity, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user specifications, ensuring peace of mind and reliable performance.
