Oil-immersed transformers present a myriad of advantages, including unparalleled heat dissipation capabilities that ensure seamless operation. Iron Core: The core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, heralds a new generation of iron cores. Featuring a full oblique jointed structure with a multi-stepped section design, it ensures uniformity across the iron yoke and core, enhancing both efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings incorporate corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, securely fastened with a tightening belt for heightened stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, easily accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing seamless voltage tap changes post-power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, are furnished with safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user specifications, enhancing safety and operational integrity.
