Iron Core: Our innovative iron core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, heralds a new era of technological advancement. This sophisticated full oblique jointed iron core features a multi-stepped section design, ensuring uniformity throughout the iron yoke and core itself, markedly enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our meticulously engineered windings, designed with corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, are secured with a tightening belt for superior stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for accurate voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover, facilitating seamless voltage changes post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with a capacity range of 30-2000kVA, are equipped with essential safety features such as a pressure relief valve. Furthermore, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as per user requirements, significantly enhancing safety and ensuring operational integrity.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is fitted with a glass thermometer in a tube holder, strategically positioned atop the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil.
