Our high performance Grey 100VA Control Transformer, with its innovative new design, boasts a remarkable capacity of up to 50000VA, making it perfectly suitable for input voltages of 1000V or less in AC 50-60Hz circuits. Engineered to perform consistently at its rated capacity, this transformer finds widespread application in machine tools and diverse mechanical equipment. It serves as a reliable control power supply for general electrical appliances, as well as for localized lighting and indication systems.
· Designed for use at altitudes not exceeding 2000 meters;
· Operates efficiently within an ambient temperature range of -25ºC to +40ºC, ensuring that the 24-hour average temperature remains below +35ºC.
· Maintains optimal performance in air with relative humidity not exceeding 90% at +25°C, and no more than 50% at +40°C.
· Suitable for environments free from severe vibration, shock, or exposure to rain and snow.
· Ideal for use in environments devoid of explosion risk, with no gas or conductive dust that could corrode metal or compromise insulation integrity.
Transformers are categorized based on differing capacity, voltage, and application requirements, resulting in varied structural designs. Typically, they are available in two configurations: with or without a protective shell.
Our transformer coils are crafted with precision, featuring double-winding or multi-winding configurations. The secondary coil can utilize multiple taps or windings, efficiently achieving the requisite distribution voltage and capacity.
For double-winding transformer coils, the primary current is calculated as 11=Pe/1, while the secondary current is 12=Pe/U2.
