Iron Core: The core, crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, marks a revolutionary generation of iron cores. The fully oblique jointed iron core boasts a multi-stepped section design, ensuring uniformity across the iron yoke and core, augmenting both efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our windings are engineered with corrugated oil passages and an immersion-free paint process, secured by a tightening belt for enhanced stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings equipped with taps for precise voltage modulation, accessible via a tap changer on the box cover, allowing effortless tap voltage alterations post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, with a rated capacity of 30-2000kVA, are fortified with safety mechanisms such as a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay featuring alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user preferences, bolstering safety and operational integrity.
