Iron Core: Our state-of-the-art core is meticulously crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, symbolizing a new era of iron cores. The fully oblique jointed iron core, with its multi-stepped section design, ensures uniformity across the iron yoke and core, elevating efficiency and overall performance.

Winding: We employ advanced winding techniques, utilizing corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, reinforced with a tightening belt for heightened stability. The sophisticated concentric coil design features high-voltage windings equipped with taps for precise voltage customization, easily accessible via a tap changer on the box cover, allowing seamless adjustments post power supply interruption.

Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with a suite of safety features, including a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user specifications, significantly enhancing safety and operational integrity.
