Iron Core: Our advanced iron core is constructed from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. This innovative design features a fully oblique jointed iron core with a multi-stepped section, ensuring equal sections between the iron yoke and core, enhancing performance and efficiency.
Winding: Featuring corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, our windings are securely tied with a tightening belt. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for tapping voltage requirements, which are connected to the tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing for voltage adjustments when power is disconnected.
Safety Protection Device: Our 30-2000kVA transformers come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be added upon user request, ensuring enhanced safety and protection.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers feature a glass thermometer tube holder located at the top of the oil tank, protruding 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers in the 1000-2000kVA range, we provide an outdoor signal thermometer for precise temperature monitoring.
